What kinds of services do you offer?
Our services include interpreting and translation, as well as typesetting and subtitling. You can find all the languages we work with on our Services page.
Is your translation NAATI-certified?
We use translators who have NAATI credentials for our translations whenever possible and that makes them “NAATI-certified” (but actually it is the translator who has the certification, not the translation).
Is the translation accepted by the Department of Home Affairs for immigration matters?
All Australian government agencies, such as the immigration section of the Department of Home Affairs, will accept our translations because they are done by translators who have NAATI credentials.
Can I use the translation for citizenship purposes in Australia?
Yes. It is mandatory to use the translation by a NAATI accredited translator like ours.
Can I use the translation for an Australian visa application?
Yes, the Department of Home Affairs will accept our translation for sure, but you have to find out on your own if you need paper copies.
There are many possible spellings for my name. How does the translator choose the right one?
Before we start the translation, we need clients to give us the spellings of all the names (of people, places, or groups) in the document that are not in the Latin alphabet. But we can only do so much, because there are some legal rules we have to follow.
Why should I get an original? Can’t I just print out my electronic copy?
The authority you are sending your documents to will have different requirements. Some accept an electronic copy, while some want an original or a paper copy.
Can I get the translation right asway in an emergency?
Please contact us for urgent translation service.
Can you translate my document if I am overseas?
Yes, absolutely. Our service works through Web and email. You just need to send us a scan or a picture of your document. We can also mail you the official certified translations to any place in the world.
I need an affidavit for the Family Court. Do you do that?
Yes, we can include an affidavit with the translation. But you need to give us the affidavit form that you prefer. This will also cost you more.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online with a Master or Visa card, make a bank transfer, or send us a PayPal payment.
How do I get my document to you?
You can send us scans or photos of your document in our email. (Please call us for more information.)
Is there a validity period of certified translations?
A certified translation does not have an expiry date. However, the stamp on a certified translation may have a “valid to” date. This is the date by which the translator has to renew their license.
How can I pay for your services?
You need to pay for the project before we can start working on it. You can use our BSB and A/C to make a bank transfer.
